Caring Hands for Your Office or Event
You have probably seen chair massage at the local mall, or heard about it from
someone who has had one. It is a wonderful way to get some relaxation on the go.

On-site massage can be done with a massage chair in your office, or outdoors at an
event or function. Or if you like more relaxation time, I can also offer 30minute table
massages.
Benefits of on-site massage ~ in the office

With on-site massage, the recipient is seated and fully clothed, no oil is used. It focuses on
upper body, it lasts 10-20 minutes, and it can be given at the workstation or any small space.

As a business owner, you can incorporate massage into your workplace. On-site massage
  • helps reduce the physical and mental effects of stress,
  • reduces the adverse effects of sitting for long periods of time,
  • relieves physical problems associated with repetitive tasks,
  • improves alertness and ability to focus,
  • helps relieve common problem conditions such as tension headache and sore muscles,
  • improves immune system,
  • increases good feelings about the workplace, increases loyalty to your company,
  • and leaves employees feeling revitalized and ready to work.

Outdoors uses of on-site massage

You can also use on-site massage outdoors, like for sports events, summer picnic, birthday party,
music festival, charity event, or wellness day.
