As Central Virginia's first center for Canadian Deep Muscle Massage and Stress Management, we are proud to serve a wide variety of clients from Virginia and surrounding areas. We are conveniently located off interstate i-95, about 90 minutes south of the Washington DC/Baltimore Beltway, 30 minutes north of Richmond and 2 hours north of the VA Beach/Norfolk area. Business Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays : 10:00am to 2:00 pm ( with 24hour notice only!) Sundays: CLOSED You can reach us via e-mail or phone.
